The unpeeled spelt kernels not only provide rustling playtime fun. The natural, sharp edges of the kernels repeatedly rub off valerian grains when playing with the cushion and refresh the scent. A unique combination that extends the product's fragrance experience in a natural way.

Even though valerian does not cause addiction or withdrawal symptoms, we recommend that cats are not permanently exposed to the scent. To keep the scent longer, store the cushion in the resealable packaging bag or in an airtight and odor-proof tin. However, if the cushion is wet from your cat's saliva, you must first dry it.

The effect of catnip on cats is still a mystery and has not been clearly explained. However, experts assume that the ingredients actinidin and nepetalactone are responsible for the special effect on cats.
